Ran MSI chipset drivers from the CD that came with the mobo I determined I basically cant install win7 on my Mobo z270 msi sli plus. Used MSI Smart Tool to add USB drivers to my Win7 64bit USB install drive MSI Z270 SLI (pro series) (Newest BIOS Installed) (the install windows 7 mode is enabled)
